Job Description

As a Strategic Sourcing Expert, you'll play a critical role in driving our business forward by developing and implementing multi-year strategies for assigned commodities, suppliers, and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute commodity strategies to achieve established goals in supplier quality, delivery, price, and service.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners such as engineering, manufacturing, product management, and functional owners to align strategy and execution.
  • Execute competitive bid, negotiation, contracting processes, and/or technical continuous improvement for assigned commodities or services.
  • Identify and select strategic suppliers within the business unit and company's footprint/localization goals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical, Electronics, English, Management, or International Trade is preferred.
  • 8 years of working experience in manufacturing and at least 5 years in procurement, with an engineering background being a must.
  • Project management skills, fluent English, conflict management, result-oriented approach, commercial knowledge, negotiation skills, reporting/data analysis skill, communication and coordination skill, presentation skill, influence ability, decision-making, and team work.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on your qualifications and experience. In addition, you'll enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
