Project Manager Job Summary

This role is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects for HITACHI ENERGY HIGH VOLTAGE SWITCHGEAR (XIAMEN) CO., LTD.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary interface between the company and customers, fostering strong relationships and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement project schedules, risk management plans, and cost control measures to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and manufacturing, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, including regular communication, issue resolution, and feedback.
• Collaborate with the finance department to evaluate project risks, analyze costs, and control expenses.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Requirements
  • A degree in Electrical Engineering or a relevant field, preferably with a project management certification.
  • A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in project management, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as SAP.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
