About the Role


The Insurance Marketing Director (AOM) is responsible for leading a team of sales agents in the Xiamen branch to achieve sales and development targets.



Responsibilities:

  • Lead, direct, and train sales agents under your supervision to meet sales and development targets;
  • Cultivate a team of sales agents with good compliance knowledge and professional ethics, oversee agent conduct, and take primary responsibility for ensuring compliance within your scope;
  • Ensure effective internal controls within your scope, supervise, manage, and coordinate work within your scope, identify, assess, monitor, and report relevant risks while complying with laws, regulations, and company policies;
  • Report any discovered violations or potential risks promptly and suggest corrective actions;
  • Assist the audit department in completing audit-related tasks and implement improvements based on audit reports;
  • Develop work processes and standards applicable to your scope;
  • Collaborate with headquarters departments to complete various projects and tasks;
  • Complete other assigned tasks by superiors.

Requirements:

  2. Bachelor's degree or above;
  3. More than 5 years of insurance industry experience, at least 3 years of experience in management positions;
  4. Good time management skills;
  5. Able to work under pressure;
  6. Familiar with computer operations;
  7. Meet the work content requirements set by the company for this position and reach the evaluation indicators;
