Insurance Marketing Director

About the Role
The Insurance Marketing Director (AOM) is responsible for leading a team of sales agents in the Xiamen branch to achieve sales and development targets.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, direct, and train sales agents under your supervision to meet sales and development targets;
- Cultivate a team of sales agents with good compliance knowledge and professional ethics, oversee agent conduct, and take primary responsibility for ensuring compliance within your scope;
- Ensure effective internal controls within your scope, supervise, manage, and coordinate work within your scope, identify, assess, monitor, and report relevant risks while complying with laws, regulations, and company policies;
- Report any discovered violations or potential risks promptly and suggest corrective actions;
- Assist the audit department in completing audit-related tasks and implement improvements based on audit reports;
- Develop work processes and standards applicable to your scope;
- Collaborate with headquarters departments to complete various projects and tasks;
- Complete other assigned tasks by superiors.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above;
- More than 5 years of insurance industry experience, at least 3 years of experience in management positions;
- Good time management skills;
- Able to work under pressure;
- Familiar with computer operations;
- Meet the work content requirements set by the company for this position and reach the evaluation indicators;
