Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee new, renovation, and improvement projects for Facility and Utility Systems, encompassing pre-construction, on-site construction, as-built acceptance, and post-handover activities.
  • Ensure project safety, quality, budget, and schedule objectives are met through vigilant monitoring and control.
  • Verify contractor fabrication quality and provide guidance for modifications as needed.
  • Collaborate with contractors and vendors to ensure process and quality standards are met.
  • Lead Energy management systems and related duties for designated areas.
  • Additional responsibilities as required.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Facility and Utility Systems, preferably with new plant setup experience.
  • Strong drawing comprehension skills.
  • Background in mechanical, civil, or electrical engineering.
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and CAD.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, including prioritization, handling multiple projects, and meeting deadlines.
  • Good written English skills.
  • Familiarity with IATF16949 and ISO50001 standards.
