About the Role

Amazon (Shanghai) International Trading Company Limited Shenzhen Branch - K17 is seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Seller Consultant to join its China team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding CN Sellers' business to new marketplaces, providing necessary business guidance, and removing potential barriers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate CN sellers' onboarding to new marketplaces
  • Offer business guidance and support to CN sellers
  • Ensure sellers adopt internal tools for logistics, traffic driving, and business report analysis
  • Provide excellent customer experiences
  • Participate in or lead initiatives to improve internal teams' efficiencies and external customer and seller experiences
  • Handle key strategic accounts and famous brands with complex business needs
Requirements
  • 5+ years of KA management experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications
  • Experience prospecting, qualifying, and cold-calling companies
  • Bachelor degree or above
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Demonstrated track record of success in client communication or product/service sales roles
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with pipeline management skills using Salesforce or other CRM tools
  • Experience with e-commerce or retail
  • Experience influencing and organizing others
  • Emerging market related working experience
