Job Title: Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Promate Technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing our business operations in East Asia markets, driving sales growth, and developing strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including retail and e-commerce partners
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
  • Manage and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and profitability
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development in East Asia markets
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and developing strategic partnerships
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs
