Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Promate Technologies. This role will be based in Shenzhen, China, and will be responsible for overseeing our business operations in East Asia markets.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing business strategies. They will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including retail and ecommerce partners, and will work closely with our sales team to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive sales growth and profitability
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including retail and ecommerce partners
  • Work closely with the sales team to drive business growth and achieve sales targets
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and provide insights to senior management
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong understanding of the East Asia market and its dynamics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
