Job Title: CG Business Development Manager

At Tencent, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CG Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth and revenue in the CG industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with top-tier CG creators, studios, and production companies to identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create and execute comprehensive business plans, including market research, competitor analysis, and sales strategies.
  • Negotiate and close deals with key partners to secure new business opportunities and expand existing relationships.
  • Provide market insights and trend analysis to inform business decisions and drive growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or animation.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the CG industry.
  • Strong understanding of the CG industry, including market trends, competitor analysis, and sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English.
