Business Development Manager

About the Role
Amazon (Shanghai) International Trading Co., Ltd. [Shenzhen Branch] is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Growth Specialist to join its China team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a proven track record of driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth across Amazon's suite of products for merchants.
- Recruit and launch sellers on Amazon's global marketplaces, analyzing traffic and sales data to identify opportunities to help sellers succeed.
- Provide consulting advice to sellers to help them grow their business, reviewing and monitoring their performance and sales.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver results and feed back lessons learned to other teams within Amazon worldwide.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional or military experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience prospecting, qualifying, and cold-calling companies
- Experience with pipeline management skills and utilization of Salesforce or other CRM tools
- Track record of exceeding sales goals
