About the Role

Amazon (Shanghai) International Trading Co., Ltd. [Shenzhen Branch] is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Global Business Development Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of Account Managers to work with in-service sellers to grow their selections on Amazon and their business with profit and delight our WW end consumers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead team to work with in-service sellers to grow the selections to Amazon and their business with profit and delight our WW end consumers.
  • Keep fine tuning working process, improving team productivity and efficiency by inventing and simplifying.
  • Hire and develop a talent team.
  • Become a thought leader in defining success criteria along with understanding business needs of large sellers in an ever-changing business environment.
  • Contribute to Amazon paid service program roadmap planning and business strategy design.
  • Manage all aspects of the client relationship for highest standard of seller experience.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of digital advertising and client facing roles with a focus on data analysis experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers.
  • Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of mentoring, leading and coaching experience.
