We are seeking a seasoned Global Account Development Manager to drive business growth and strategic partnerships with key automotive OEMs. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop and execute global account plans, leveraging your expertise in sales, marketing, and relationship-building.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in strategic account management, with a proven track record of achieving revenue growth and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, collaborating with senior management, and driving innovation in product development and service delivery.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $120,000 and a performance-related bonus plan. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute global account plans to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with senior management to drive innovation and product development
  • Maintain productive relationships with key personnel and management in assigned customer accounts
  • Establish and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed assigned revenue targets

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent; advanced degree or additional education preferred
  • At least 10 years of experience in strategic account management, with 3-5 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue growth and customer satisfaction in a solution-oriented sales environment
  • Strong business acumen, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a virtual environment
