Lead Account Manager for Global Logistics

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Senior Account Executive to enhance the presence of China-based sellers in Amazon's global marketplaces through our logistics solutions, specifically the SEND (Seller Export and Delivery) program. This role demands a commitment to delivering exceptional service and achieving customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in account management and sales, with proven expertise in building and nurturing relationships with clients. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive post-sales support to third-party sellers, ensuring that their needs are met while maximizing their engagement with our logistics offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize various sales strategies, including outreach and direct engagement, to encourage sellers to adopt our logistics solutions and optimize their fulfillment processes.
- Streamline workflows and enhance productivity by implementing innovative solutions.
- Conduct thorough analyses of challenges impacting seller performance and relay insights to product development teams for continuous improvement.
- Generate valuable seller insights to influence product enhancements and facilitate easier seller experiences.
- Identify and pursue significant business opportunities within the territory, aligning with growth objectives.
- Share best practices in account management and contribute to the development of standard operating procedures.
- Design and implement new initiatives aimed at driving business growth.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to influence strategic decisions regarding product adoption.
- Lead by example, motivating team members to overcome challenges and achieve desired outcomes.
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in account management or related fields.
- Demonstrated success in managing large accounts, preferably within supply chain or sales environments.
- Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency with relevant tools (e.g., Excel).
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively, with strong prioritization and planning skills.
- Proven ownership of projects and a track record of delivering results.
- Quick learner with a proactive attitude.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience in FMCG, consulting, or retail sectors.
