We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Global Services Account Manager to join our team at Amazon Business. As a key member of our Paid Services team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our China-based sellers in the Amazon Global marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Provide primary post-sales general and/or technical support to third-party sellers, ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to succeed in the Amazon Global marketplaces.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize relationships with key accounts, driving revenue growth and improving performance.
- Monitor and maintain performance metrics, working closely with clients to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Proactively identify and address any issues that may impact revenue generation, ensuring seamless execution of objectives.
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in the retail and/or B2B industries, with a proven track record of managing relationships and/or projects.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to independently deal with tools such as Salesforce, Excel, and other internal tools.
- Experience in using analysis, reporting, modeling, and forecasting to gather data for business decision-making.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and delegate effectively.
- Proficiency in oral and written English, with a BA/BS degree required.
- Overseas experience in studying and living is preferred.
- MBA preferred.
