Job Title: Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Promate Technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing business operations in East Asia markets, ensuring that all activities are consistent with the brand image and proven methodologies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the East Asia markets. They will be responsible for developing quarterly and yearly sales strategies, managing the sales force, and preparing action plans to penetrate new markets.

The Business Development Manager will also be responsible for analyzing industry market trends, competition, products, and pricing that may impact sales efforts, and communicating this information to management and other departments as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales goals and profitability
  • Manage the sales force and provide training and development opportunities
  • Prepare action plans to penetrate new markets and increase sales
  • Analyze industry market trends and communicate findings to management
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure best practices and information are shared to maximize results and achieve goals

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing in East Asia markets
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate sales team
  • Ability to analyze industry market trends and communicate findings to management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
