Job Title: Product Manager Entertainment

Mercedes-Benz is seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to lead the development of our Entertainment products in China. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and executing product strategies, designing customer journeys, and ensuring the best customer experience for our Chinese customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a clear and compelling product vision and strategy aligned with company goals and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with design, concept, and development teams to define or improve product features to ensure a delightful customer experience.
  • Maintain product roadmaps to outline feature prioritization, timeline, and milestones.
  • Proactively seek new opportunities for product collaborations with partners and ensure efficient budget usage.
  • Conduct user research to understand customer behavior, needs, and pain points to assist in product decisions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities and improvements.
  • Conduct customer feedback and data analysis to inform product improvements.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams globally to ensure seamless product development and launch.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Communication Engineering, or a similar major.
  • 5+ years of experience as a product manager of digital services.
  • Expertise in B2C customer products, preferably in the Internet or Automobile industry.
  • Successful launch of 3+ major customer products as the main responsible person.
  • Strong understanding of Automobile infotainment products.
  • Excellent product design and development methodology and familiarity with data-driven approaches.
  • Excellent product requirements collection, documentation, and related tools.
  • Experience with Mercedes-Benz infotainment products is a plus.
  • Experience with Agile development methodology is a plus.
