Key Responsibilities:
- Manage orders and coordinate with demand planners to ensure accurate and timely delivery of goods.
- Monitor production status and track order progress, initiating approval processes as needed.
- Coordinate with finance to confirm payment terms and arrange for payment after goods have been delivered.
- Arrange for shipping and coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Prepare and issue necessary documents, including invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
- Assist in maintaining customer data and ensuring compliance with sales contracts.
- Record and archive delivery data and related documents, supporting internal and external audits.
You're the Right Fit If:
- You have a bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as Japanese language and culture.
- You are available to work full-time and are willing to commit to a minimum of 3-6 months, with a maximum of 1 year.
