We are seeking an HR Generalist to join our team at Continental. This role will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Process: Manage the entire recruitment process from posting job openings to onboarding new employees.
  • Candidate Selection: Work closely with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and ensure timely hiring decisions.
  • Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization by managing processes, orientation, and paperwork.
  • Employer Branding: Create and execute employer branding initiatives, including social media strategies, career fairs, partnerships with universities, and developing marketing materials to enhance the company's employer image.
  • Employee Benefits: Implement employee salary & benefits, including intern & temp salary calculation, employee supplementary benefits, commercial insurance implementation, social insurance, and public housing fund management.
  • HR Operations & Administration:
    • HRIS Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS), including personal details, employment history, and performance data.
    • Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulations. Assist in audits and reporting when necessary.
    • Benefits Administration: Help administer employee benefits programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
    • HR Documentation: Prepare and process employee documentation, including contracts, letters, and employment changes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in HR functions, preferably in recruitment and talent management.
  • Experience with HR systems and processes, project management, and communication skills.

Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
