Job Title: HR Generalist - Talent Acquisition and ManagementSalary Range:

RMB 150,000 - RMB 250,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

HITACHI ENERGY HEFEI TRANSFORMER CO., LTD. is a renowned company in the energy sector, with a strong focus on innovation and customer satisfaction. We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Hefei, China.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as local HR partner to business and leaders by embedding HR strategy and providing professional HR support and advice.
• Support Company HR manager to continuously improve and develop a positive working environment and effective organization.
• Foster a high-performance culture by effectively managing performance management systems and improving quality of performance management processes.
• Build up talent pipelines through systematic talent identification, assessment, development, and retention of key position holders and talents.
• Involved in manpower planning and monitor effective recruitment to attract good talents of all levels to fulfill manpower needs.
• Provide support for employee relations issues, take proactive initiative to avoid labor employment risks, and employee relation issues.
• Interpret and monitor adherence to company HR policies, procedures, and controls throughout the company.

Your Background:

• A bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources or related field required.
• More than 5 years of progressive HR experience to include leadership.
• Working knowledge of employment law and industry best practices.
• Capable of influencing plant/business leaders to drive HR initiatives.
• Proven track record of building strong relationships vertically and horizontally within an organization.
