Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Continental. As a key member of our quality management team, you will be responsible for promoting a customer orientation and quality awareness culture within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate A3 reports and transfer VOC into actions
  • High-speed reaction to customer complaints/VOC, transferring information within the organization and organizing analysis meetings
  • Use A3 reports to ensure customer complaints are handled correctly, identifying root causes and implementing effective corrective and preventive actions
  • Follow up on corrective/preventive action status in a timely manner
  • Proactively visit customers to collect VOC/problems and promote a customer orientation and quality awareness culture

Requirements:

  • Degree or higher in a technical or scientific field
  • At least 5 years of quality management-related work experience
  • Well-versed in ISO systems with solid onsite quality management experience
  • Experience in problem-solving and process improvement
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across cultures and languages
  • Experience in building networks and partnerships with stakeholders/customers
  • Experience with OEM complaint handling is preferred
  • Experience with automotive interior product processes is preferred
  • Expert knowledge in customer complaint management and related tools (8D, A3, PDCA, Yokoten) is preferred
