We are seeking a highly skilled Elevator Inspector to join our team in Kunming, China. As an Elevator Inspector, you will be responsible for implementing and enforcing our quality standards, completing annual inspection and testing tasks, and providing high-quality inspection and related services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily elevator inspections based on customer and relevant regulations requirements.
- Execute elevator safety and quality site assessments in accordance with national and industry standards, customer requirements, and other applicable laws and regulations.
- Implement and enforce national inspection regulations, standards, and company quality system documents, and take responsibility for the quality of work performed in this position.
- Develop and maintain expertise in inspection guidance documents, and conduct inspections in accordance with such guidance, documenting findings and completing inspection reports as required.
- Support sales personnel in conducting market research, market promotion, bidding, and other work related to elevator inspection services.
- Perform other tasks assigned by management.
- Learn, understand, and comply with the company's commercial ethics standards.
- Learn, understand, and comply with the company's environmental, health and safety policies and procedures, as well as local safety policies and regulations. Report all incidents (injuries, diseases, precursors, and environmental incidents) and hazardous conditions, and emergency situations. Perform work hazard analyses before commencing work, and take preventative measures to protect personal safety. Participate in environmental, health, and safety training, and take responsibility for personal safety.

Requirements:
- Hold a valid special equipment inspection and testing personnel qualification certificate (DTY/DT-1).
- Have a good understanding of electrical and mechanical engineering, and related professional knowledge.
- Ensure safety is the top priority.
- Have good communication skills.
- Be willing to explore, adapt, and work independently or as part of a team.
- Be proficient in using electronic, digital, and inspection-related instruments and equipment.
