Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities 主要工作职责


• Facilitate direct scientific discussions with external experts concerning GSK's therapeutic products, empowering them to effectively communicate our portfolio to patients and the broader medical community.


• Serve as a knowledgeable speaker at promotional and scientific gatherings, sharing information with larger audiences while encouraging clinical discussions to gather diverse perspectives.


• Address unsolicited inquiries for Medical Information from healthcare professionals in a fair, factual, and scientifically sound manner through preferred communication channels.


• Act as a liaison between the healthcare community and GSK's internal medical team, providing valuable insights that inform GSK's Medical, Commercial, and Research & Development strategies.


• Cultivate collaborative relationships with Medical Representatives and Commercial teams.


• Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues (e.g., sales, marketing, market access) to ensure that strategies and business plans are aligned with both patient needs and business objectives.


• Communicate critical safety information to healthcare professionals as it becomes available.


• Assist GSK study teams by providing scientific education and managing inquiries from investigators and staff involved in GSK-supported clinical trials.


• Deliver scientific training for business partners, acting as the local scientific authority for specific medicines or therapeutic areas.


• Maintain expertise in the evolving scientific and therapeutic landscape, as well as in competitor products.


• Attend scientific conferences and meetings to stay updated on advancements in therapeutic areas and engage in informed discussions with external experts.


• Adhere to GSK's standards, policies, and local regulations to ensure compliance with the highest ethical standards.

Qualifications/Requirements (Education / Experience / Competencies)

• Advanced degree in life sciences: PhD, MSc, or equivalent

AND/OR

• Significant experience (e.g., 3 years) in the pharmaceutical industry with a focus on scientific exchange with external experts.

China:


• Master's Degree in medicine or pharmacy.

• Strong foundation in clinical, medical, and pharmaceutical sciences with the ability to rapidly acquire detailed knowledge in these fields.


• Understanding of clinical development processes, including statistical design and analysis.
