We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Design Specialist to join our team at Shure Incorporated. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning graphics and designs that support our marketing and communications objectives in China.

Key Responsibilities

* Localize global product launch and campaign assets for use in China, including implementation of translated copy into marketing materials
* Assist with planning, developing, and executing new global product launch communications materials, including digital ads, print ads, sell sheets, and other marketing collateral as required
* Participate in the development of plans for product promotions in support of key marketing communications objectives
* Design graphics and images for social media channels, such as Wechat posts and H5 pages, in support of new product launches and marketing campaigns
* Collaborate with Marketing teams and trade show vendors on trade show booth graphic designs and layouts
* Provide guidance to eCommerce partners to create assets for storefront and product pages, in alignment with Shure branding
* Assist with optimizing Shure China website UX design
* Assist with creating and updating web content using content management and digital assets management systems
* Work with local freelance resources and agencies as needed, to deliver creative projects

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design or related field
* Intermediate English skills required
* Basic knowledge of print process and technology, including pre-press, pre-flight, and print requirements
* Knowledge of design principles and concepts
* Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
* Basic video editing skills are a plus
* Experience with web CMS or blog tool is a plus
