This team analyzes graphics workloads and experiments with innovative hardware and software solutions across various platforms to rectify inefficiencies in existing architectures. Our efforts contribute to the real-time rendering of complex and compute-intensive visualization techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research on cutting-edge real-time rendering techniques and their GPU implementations to identify performance bottlenecks.
  • Examine D3D12, DX Machine Learning, DX, and Vulkan APIs to assess their effects on GPU performance.
  • Recommend enhancements to GPU architecture through a quantitative analysis of current and anticipated architectures.
  • Create performance simulation models and establish simulation frameworks.
  • Design comprehensive performance test plans and evaluations for new graphics units and architectural innovations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering; Master's and PhD degrees are advantageous.
  • In-depth understanding of computer science, particularly in computer graphics and/or computer architecture.
  • Strong enthusiasm for GPU graphics architecture and real-time rendering technologies.
  • Proficient in C++ programming with practical experience in C/C++ development.

Preferred Skills:

  • Solid grasp of contemporary rendering techniques and their application in GPU technology.
  • Experience in performance modeling, profiling, and analysis is beneficial.
