The Entrepreneurial Education site in Taicang is a key part of XJTLU's strategy for the next decade. Other initiatives include new partnerships with Xi'an Jiaotong University, the development of four new academies, and exploration of further potential locations.
About International Business School Suzhou (IBSS)IBSS at XJTLU is growing in size and influence, driven by its vision to be a leading international business school. The school is based on strong principles of internationalism, innovation, inspiration, and integrity, which ensure a positive impact on society through teaching, research, and business engagement.
IBSS has achieved international accreditation through AACSB, EQUIS, AMBA, and BGA, making it one of the youngest triple accredited business schools worldwide. The school has five departments, including Accounting, Economics, Finance, Intelligent Operations and Marketing, and Strategic Management and Organizations.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking experienced academics to join our team as Assistant/Associate Professor or Senior Associate Professor/Full Professor in the Department of Strategic Management and Organisations. The successful candidate will be expected to deliver lectures and tutorials across all years of our undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.
The areas of responsibility include Strategy, International Business (IB) and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Human Resource Management, and Sustainable Development. The ideal candidate should have a PhD degree in a related field, teaching experience in higher education, and a proven record of academic publications in good journals.

XJTLU provides every new faculty member with a Research Development Fund to encourage them to initiate research projects, and a Research Engagement Fund to support their continuous research activities.
