  • Financial Management

Deliver high-quality financial results while maintaining absolute BV standards and exceptional customer service. Predictable planning and forecasting will enable you to improve IMF accuracy and protect operational profitability.

Quality Management

Enhance quality management processes and tools to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and minimize risks. Lead your team to achieve full compliance with our code of conduct, driving continuous quality improvement and customer satisfaction.

Operational Efficiency

Drive process improvements to boost productivity, reduce costs, and enhance overall efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation and maximize benefits.

Service Delivery

Deliver exceptional customer experiences through world-class service delivery. Ensure timely completion of projects, maintain high customer satisfaction, and provide accurate reports to stakeholders.

Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Management

Drive ESG improvements and achieve safety targets, aligning with our company's sustainability goals. Develop and implement initiatives to minimize environmental impact and promote social responsibility.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Education

Bachelor or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Engineering or Science.

Experience

A minimum of 10 years of experience in the TIC industry or international trading, with at least 5 years of team management experience.

Language Skills

Full proficiency in English and Chinese, with additional language skills considered a plus.

Digital Tools and Quality Management

Proven experience with digital tools and knowledge of quality management principles and industry standards.

Communication and Presentation

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

Will to Learn and Adapt

A willingness to learn and adapt to new situations, with the ability to work under pressure and travel as needed.
