At Shangri-La, we are seeking a seasoned Electrical Supervisor - Power Distribution to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the implementation and execution of daily tasks, ensuring the highest level of service quality and energy efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct daily tasks and inspections to ensure accurate and efficient completion of work orders, and maintain a high level of quality control.
2. Oversee the operation of power distribution systems, including high and low voltage systems, and ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and repaired as needed.
3. Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans, and conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and prevent downtime.
4. Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless operation of our electrical systems, and develop strategies to reduce energy consumption.
5. Maintain accurate records of work completed, and provide regular updates to management on system performance and maintenance needs.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical operations, with a strong background in high voltage distribution systems and circuit analysis.
2. Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as electrical engineering or a related discipline.
3. Proven leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
4. Possession of high voltage and low voltage electrical licenses.
5. Strong knowledge of electrical codes and regulations, and ability to interpret and apply them as needed.
6. Proficiency in electrical maintenance and repair, with the ability to perform complex tasks and troubleshoot electrical systems.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and management.
