Job Title: Reliability Test Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
  • Travel to CM factories and/or component suppliers to provide on-site project reliability support.
  • Lead the development and improvement of reliability test SOPs.
  • Ensure CM reliability readiness through resource coordination, training, and auditing.
  • Develop and improve test fixtures to optimize test accuracy, consistency, and efficiency.
  • Conduct Design of Experiments (DOEs) or failure analysis (FA) for critical issues.
  • Improve and Enhance CMs' infrastructure and capabilities, including lab construction, reliability testing, and failure analysis and automation.
  • Lead PI Supplier Business Reviews (SBRs) for CMs.
  • Manage function labs, warehouse and NPI prototypes.
  • Develop, improve, and implement new mechanisms or methodologies to facilitate consistent management and higher working efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Product Design or Reliability related education background.
  • Minimum 3 years of engineering experience, with 1 year or more of lab or reliability related work experience preferred.
  • Strong hands-on skills and experiences in handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and data analysis skills, project management experience are preferred.
  • Proficient in English reading and writing.
  • Able to travel and adapt to changes.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with reliability engineering, test methodologies and equipment.
  • Proficient in oral English communication.
  • Demonstrated experience in independently managing project reliability.
