Responsabilidades:

Se requiere un formador de ventas con experiencia en productos de maquillaje y habilidades de ventas sólidas para unirse a nuestro equipo de ventas en Hangzhou.

El objetivo principal es proporcionar capacitación y apoyo a los vendedores para que puedan vender nuestros productos de manera efectiva.

Las responsabilidades incluyen:

  • Desarrollar y implementar planes de capacitación para los vendedores.
  • Proporcionar apoyo y asesoramiento a los vendedores para mejorar sus habilidades de ventas.
  • Coordinar y realizar actividades de marketing y promoción para nuestros productos.
  • Revisar y evaluar el desempeño de los vendedores y proporcionar retroalimentación.

Requisitos:

  • Título universitario o superior.
  • Experiencia en ventas y capacitación.
  • Conocimientos de productos de maquillaje y habilidades de ventas sólidas.
  • Buena comunicación y habilidades de liderazgo.

Idioma:

Se requiere dominio del idioma chino mandarín.
