We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Manager to spearhead our L&D function and foster a culture of continuous learning.

Job Description

This role is crucial for enhancing employee skills, driving performance, and ensuring we are future-ready. The L&D Manager will be responsible for designing, organizing, and evaluating training initiatives to ensure alignment with the company's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Training Demand Analysis:
  • Formulate annual and long-term training plans according to the company's business strategy and talent development needs.
  • Design and develop diversified training courses covering professional skills, leadership, teamwork, and other dimensions.
  • Evaluate and select suitable training methods, such as online courses, workshops, seminars, etc.
  • Design and Implement Training Programs:
  • Organize and coordinate training activities, including trainer invitation, venue arrangement, material preparation, etc.
  • Conduct or monitor the training process to ensure the quality of the training and collect feedback from participants to continuously optimize the training effect.
  • Manage the training budget to ensure effective utilization of resources.
  • Training Evaluation and Improvement:
  • Analyze training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Paying attention to industry dynamics and emerging training trends, and introducing innovative training concepts and methods.
  • Working closely with all departments to ensure that training and development programs are aligned with the company's strategic goals.
  • Manage Internal and External Training Resources:
  • Establish a pool of internal trainers, and enhance the course development and delivery capabilities of internal instructors through professional training and workshops.
  • According to specific company needs, evaluating and selecting high-quality external training institutions and instructors, or cooperating with them to develop customized courses to ensure the relevance and practicality of the training content.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources Management, Education, Psychology, or a related discipline.

With a minimum of 5 years of experience in training management or related work, they should have a proven track record of successfully building training systems and leading training program operations.

Able to design and develop training courses independently, the ideal candidate should also possess excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively with different departments.

A competitive salary range of $65,000-$85,000 per annum is on offer, depending on experience.
