Senior Industrial Hygiene Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Industrial Hygiene Specialist to join our team at Clarios.

The Senior Industrial Hygiene Specialist will be responsible for maintaining the health and safety of the plant workforce by monitoring and evaluating health and safety conditions, ensuring compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and government standards.

• Implement safety and security, ergonomics, and industrial hygiene programs
• Coordinate plant safety and security education and training programs
• Assist in developing job safety analyses (JSA's) and safe operating procedures for all tasks and investigate incidents and accidents
• Regularly conduct health and safety checks, record findings, and follow up on corrective actions
• Regularly monitor the environment and prepare monitoring reports
• Assist with onsite work permit checks and approvals

• At least 2 years EHS work experience, preferably in an MNC setting
• Familiarity with EHS-related laws and regulations
• Hazardous identification and risk evaluation skills
• Incident investigation and analysis skills
• ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 internal audit skills (certification preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

• Located in a manufacturing plant
• Availability to work in shifts
• Local residence is preferred

$65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience
