Sales Manager Role
As a Sales Manager at Hyatt Corporation, you will be responsible for planning and executing sales calls to achieve defined objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a detailed knowledge of hotel facilities, features, and services.
- Conduct competitor research and maintain excellent product knowledge of the hotel.
- Systematically and efficiently call on allocated accounts within a location and report findings and opportunities to the Associate Director of Sales.
- Pre-qualify and target prospects, utilizing the Delphi database and develop appropriate and effective sales solicitation strategies to increase hotel market share.
- Professionally conduct routine telemarketing activities to identify new business opportunities and follow up sales leads to identify prospects.
