Sales Manager Role

As a Sales Manager at Hyatt Corporation, you will be responsible for planning and executing sales calls to achieve defined objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and maintain a detailed knowledge of hotel facilities, features, and services.
  2. Conduct competitor research and maintain excellent product knowledge of the hotel.
  3. Systematically and efficiently call on allocated accounts within a location and report findings and opportunities to the Associate Director of Sales.
  4. Pre-qualify and target prospects, utilizing the Delphi database and develop appropriate and effective sales solicitation strategies to increase hotel market share.
  5. Professionally conduct routine telemarketing activities to identify new business opportunities and follow up sales leads to identify prospects.
