Job Summary

We are seeking a Quality Inspector to join our team at Emerson. As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and materials. This includes inspecting incoming materials, processing and finished products, and reporting any quality issues to the supervisor and relevant departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Inspect incoming materials, process, and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Report any quality issues to the supervisor and relevant departments in a timely manner.
  • Investigate defects and improve suppliers to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Be familiar with quality, environment, safety, and occupational health influencing factors and control methods.
  • Ensure all processes and operations meet the requirements of the quality, environment, safety, and occupational health management system ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment.

Requirements:

  • Technical secondary school or high school education or equivalent experience or above, major in mechanics, more than 3 years of quality inspection experience in production enterprises.
  • Strong drawing recognition ability, proficient in using various common testing instruments, and simple English related to work.
  • High sense of responsibility, able to withstand work pressure, and complete product inspection work on time and in quality.
  • Experience in gas equipment manufacturing, familiar with gas equipment manufacturing process, and understanding of relevant technical standards and specifications of various valves and gas equipment products are preferred.
  • Familiar with ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO 80079, OHSAS18001& ATEX related certification requirements.
  • Familiar with enterprise safety management requirements are preferred, and those who have used Oracle and SAP systems are preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in gas equipment manufacturing, familiar with gas equipment manufacturing process, and understanding of relevant technical standards and specifications of various valves and gas equipment products are preferred.
  • Familiar with enterprise safety management requirements are preferred, and those who have used Oracle and SAP systems are preferred.
