Job Description

Role Overview

The Little Hammer Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the safety and efficiency of production processes, while also driving global consistency and sustainable development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries
  • Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste
  • Develop and implement global consistency standards for processes and equipment
  • Monitor and analyze energy consumption to identify areas for improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (Control Science and Engineering, Automation, Artificial Intelligence, etc.)
  • Excellent English language skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
  • Proficiency in using Excel, Power BI, and other office software or data analysis tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • LEAN, 6 Sigma, data analysis skills, and project experience in automated digitalization
