JOB DESCRIPTION

JD - Support Supervisor

Job Summary

Strategic development and execution of training and education initiatives to delivery of pre-sales support and aftersales service for Straumann CCS business.

Drive CCS support team to deliver training and service, meeting both quality and effectiveness standards, with a focus on the implementation of planned courses, resource planning, and the transfer of know-how.

Cultivate a network of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and speakers to deepen the value proposition and enhance the reputation of Straumann CCS.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive medical training programs and service system to meet CCS business goals and customer needs. Identify and analyze customer and market requirements, and develop solutions that enhance CCS user experience. Collaborate Marketing to create and maintain selling tools including catalogue, training video, success story, competitor analysis, etc. Manage CCS budgets and resources to ensure timely delivery of training education and marketing activities, and evaluate sales effectiveness to make necessary adjustments for improvement Foster strong relationships with KOLs and academic stakeholders. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies and timely feedback to business stakeholders.

Skills and Competencies

Education / Professional Experience

Bachelor degree in Medical and Healthcare, Engineering, Marketing or related field. Dental related degree/diploma is a plus Minimum 3 years of experience in dentistry. Practice in clinics or labs is a plus Solid knowledge on digital dentistry solution with insights on market trend Having networking with dentists or dental associations Having experience in product marketing or sales is a plus Team management experience is a must

Personal Competencies

Good English and Mandarin Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills Well-organized and structured person Comfortable to interact with different customer segments (KOLs, Dental Practitioners, Dental Technicians, Sales people) Strong result orientation and business sense Ability to build strong relationships to different customer segments through effective communication and listening skills
