Job Overview

The primary objective of this role is to spearhead and facilitate:

  • Collaboration with Service Management Teams: Work closely with various service management teams to outline the AI product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the overarching team vision and priorities, particularly in the realms of artificial intelligence and data science.
  • Engagement with Internal Functions: Partner with internal functional teams to identify, analyze, design, and develop innovative AI initiatives, focusing primarily on computer vision.
  • Continuous Development: Drive the ongoing iteration and enhancement of AI modules, products, and services, particularly those related to computer vision.
  • Product Management: Oversee product roadmaps, release schedules, and backlogs to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
  • Commercialization Efforts: Lead the commercialization of AI products, integrating them into official Bosch Group services for internal customers.
  • Steering Development Teams: Guide and collaborate with development teams and external partners to ensure successful product outcomes.

Additionally, this role includes:

  • Acting as an internal trainer and mentor to support Bosch Group's training and enabling initiatives.
  • Serving as the regional liaison for central AI/GenAI global topic champions.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related discipline.
  • A strong grasp of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and associated commercial products, including familiarity with open-source projects.
  • Hands-on experience with programming languages such as Python, alongside proficiency in computer vision libraries.
  • Significant experience as a service owner in a technology-centric environment, ideally with direct involvement in AI product management.
  • Proven capability to formulate product strategies and effectively convey recommendations to stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a willingness to innovate.
  • Strong collaborative skills, with a proven ability to accomplish tasks with minimal oversight.
  • A demonstrated history of managing all facets of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
