English Teacher Job Opportunity in Guangzhou

We are seeking an accomplished English educator to join our team at an international school based in Guangzhou. This is a full-time position starting from the August 2025 academic year.

About Our School

An international school located in Guangzhou's Huadu district, we offer a comprehensive education to mainland Chinese students through our multiple campuses across China. We have Early Childhood, Primary and Secondary divisions with outstanding educational results in IGCSE and the A Level programs.

Job Responsibilities

Our ideal candidate will teach English to middle school students using the DSE framework, ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experience. Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments
  • Collaborating with fellow educators to develop and enhance our curriculum
  • Assessing and monitoring student progress, providing targets for improvement
  • Providing clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents/caregivers
  • Maintaining supportive and safe learning environments
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Bachelor degree or above in the related subject
  • Teaching certificate
  • Two or more years of teaching experience in the subject
  • Excellent communication skills
