We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Subsea Engineering Project Coordinator to join our team at GK International. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will play a crucial role in the coordination and execution of subsea projects.

Job Summary:

The Senior Subsea Engineering Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating project scheduling, reporting, and preparation of associated tooling and rental equipment. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Project Scheduling: Develop and maintain accurate project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks and milestones.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular project reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and recommendations.
  • Tooling and Equipment: Coordinate the procurement and deployment of specialized tooling and rental equipment required for project execution.
  • Interface Management: Ensure effective communication and collaboration with project Contractors, Operations, Subsurface, Drilling, Completions, SPS, and SURF teams.
  • Document Review: Review and understand all relevant project documentation, including scope of services, project execution plans, and proposal/project schedules.
  • Activity Planning: Develop activity plans to accomplish all work required by procedures, ensuring sufficient planning resources are allocated.
  • Schedule Control: Maintain accurate schedule control curves in an updated condition, analyzing schedule and cost trends, and producing regular forecasts of schedule and cost performance.
  • HSE Focus: Maintain awareness and understanding of relevant systems operated by other departments, ensuring a safe working environment and adhering to quality/HSE standards.
  • Administrative Support: Perform any combination of administrative duties as required, participating in internal and external management and project meetings, reviewing and disseminating meeting minutes and information.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum 10 years of work experience, with at least 5 years related to upstream offshore sector. Experience and knowledge of Subsea systems in deep and shallow water are essential, along with familiarity with relevant international standards and Codes of Practice. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, as well as the ability to manage time and priorities effectively, are also required.
