Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clinical Research Coordinator to join our team at SGA Fortrea Pharmaceutical Research & Development (Beijing) Co Ltd, Guangzhou Branch. As a Clinical Research Coordinator, you will play a critical role in the success of our clinical trials by coordinating and managing study-related activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing administrative support to the project team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage study-related activities, including document preparation, tracking, and maintenance
  • Assist in the preparation of study and site-specific materials, including SOPs and project management systems
  • Provide administrative support to the project team, including minute-taking, documentation, and tracking
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including trial master files and audit trails
  • Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient study conduct
  • Generate reports and perform data reconciliation as needed
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of administrative experience or equivalent training
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Aptitude for handling and proof-reading numerical data
  • Good typing skills
  • Good spelling and proof-reading skills
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment
