Key Responsibilities
  • System Engineering Management
    • Lead the development and implementation of Trained Parking systems, including requirement analysis, system design, integration, testing, validation, and deployment.
    • Collaborate with clients, suppliers, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure system compliance with product goals, technical specifications, quality standards, and customer expectations.
    • Own and define system functionality, ensuring its implementation, maintenance, and improvement.
    • Provide technical support for system functionality, resolve system issues, optimize system performance, and enhance system reliability and security.
    • Participate in AVP-related technical innovation and R&D projects, exploring the application and solutions of automated parking technology in various scenarios.
    • Mentor and train junior system engineers, enhancing team technical capabilities and collaboration.
    Requirements
    • Education and Experience
      • Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Systems, Vehicle Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
      • At least 5 years of experience in system engineering or a related field, with a preference for those with experience in automated parking technology.
      • Strong skills in system analysis, design, testing, validation, and deployment.
      • Familiarity with automotive industry standards and regulations.
      • Excellent communication, coordination, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
      • Proficiency in English, with the ability to effectively communicate with international clients, cross-functional teams, and suppliers.
