Principal Architect System Development Engineering

Philips is seeking a highly skilled Principal Architect System Development Engineering to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development of complex systems and ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a strong background in systems engineering and a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products. You will be responsible for defining and implementing system architectures, developing technical requirements, and ensuring that all aspects of the system meet the required standards.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development of complex systems, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.
- Define and implement system architectures, developing technical requirements and ensuring that all aspects of the system meet the required standards.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system design documents, technical specifications, and test plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure that all aspects of the system meet the required standards.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring that all aspects of the system meet the required standards.
- Develop and implement technical solutions to complex problems, ensuring that all aspects of the system meet the required standards.
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in product creation and development, with a strong background in systems engineering.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
- Strong knowledge of product development and related manufacturing processes.
- Experience with systems engineering tools and methodologies, including DOORS and FMEA.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in English, with a strong command of technical writing and presentation skills.
