Job Overview

Hyatt Regency Zhuhai Airport seeks a seasoned Culinary Director to oversee the efficient operation of its food and beverage division. As a key member of the hotel team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all outlets and banquets operate seamlessly, meeting the highest standards of quality and profitability.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary management, with a minimum of 2 years' experience as an Executive Chef or Sous Chef in a larger operation. A professional diploma in Food Production or equivalent is highly desirable.

Main Responsibilities

- Oversee the daily operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring that all outlets and banquets meet the hotel's high standards of quality and service.

- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, improve efficiency, and increase profitability.

- Lead a team of culinary professionals, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities to ensure they are equipped to deliver exceptional results.

Requirements
