About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Engineer to join our team in Shenzhen. As a Product Engineer, you will play a key role in providing leadership and support to assigned product lines, including Interference filter, Tower Mount Amplifier, Combiners, RF switch, LNA & Control board.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Acting as technical product line owner and offering technical assistance and/or leadership to both internal and external customers.
  2. Leading and/or managing projects using functional or multi-functional team members to improve performance, manufacturability, or cost.
  3. Leading training and troubleshooting activities during NPI phase.
  4. Serving as the primary technical contact between R&D and production sites for resolving product-related issues.
  5. Evaluating functional and performance requirements of products to ensure initial and ongoing compliance with design objectives and customer/industry requirements.
