Junior Sommelier

As a Junior Sommelier, you will be responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations of our beverage and restaurant services. You will work closely with our Head Sommelier to ensure that all staff adhere to our high standards of quality and service.

Key Responsibilities:

* Anticipate and respond to guest needs and concerns
* Maintain wine costs and control spillage, spoilage, and over-pouring
* Develop and implement wine programs for team members and create wine champions in all restaurants
* Create profitable wine by glass and banquet wine programs

Requirements:

* Minimum one year of administrative experience in a hospitality or restaurant-related field
* Strong knowledge of wine and beverage operations
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs
* Proficiency in English and Chinese languages
