Job Responsibilities

  • Manage quantitative and qualitative research projects from inception through to delivery
  • Effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders
  • Be the key point of contact for clients on project-related matters, taking a proactive approach to develop knowledge of the client's business
  • Effectively manage relationships with suppliers and with internal operations colleagues to ensure the objectives of the research are met and on budget

Requirements

  • Good quantitative and qualitative social research skills, and ability to comfortably pick up projects and deliver day-to-day
  • FMCG, healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device industry background preferred
  • 3-5 years of agency or in-house experience
