We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced 日语理科老师 to join our team at an international school in Shanghai. This is a full-time position that requires a strong passion for teaching and a commitment to academic excellence.

Job Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective eju理科教学 plans to meet the needs of students, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning.
- Prepare and deliver engaging lessons, using a range of teaching methods and resources to meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Monitor student progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness, and providing targeted support and guidance.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Administer and mark student assessments, providing constructive feedback and guidance to support student progress.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, keeping them informed of student progress and achievements.
- Participate in school events and activities, contributing to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture.
- Master's degree or higher in a relevant teaching field.
- At least 2 years of experience teaching eju理科 in a school setting.
- Proven experience teaching Japanese language and culture to students of Chinese nationality.
- Valid teaching certification.
- Fluency in Japanese language (N1 level).
