Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Regional Director to lead our sales efforts in your region. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of sales management experience, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and develop solutions
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and performance metrics to senior leadership

Requirements:
