Role Description:

Arcadis is seeking a talented Junior Designer to join its Retail/Workplace Studio in Beijing. This position collaborates with a diverse and creative team dedicated to excellence in design and innovative problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support senior staff in design and technical tasks
  • Collaborate with lead professionals to ensure design and documentation meet project expectations
  • Assist with drawing document preparation
  • Conduct research for the project team
  • Produce graphic presentations and build study models
Requirements and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or design-related field
  • 1+ years of architecture experience
  • Experience in large-scale commercial/workplace projects preferred
  • Effective communication with project team members
  • Interacts well with other disciplines and clients to build productive relationships
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch-Up, and Affinity Suite
  • Experience in Revit preferred
  • Proficient in both verbal and written Mandarin and English
  • LEED accreditation preferred
