About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Primary School Principal to lead our primary school in Beijing. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of our primary school curricula, ensuring alignment with IB standards and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of primary school teachers, providing guidance and support for their professional growth and development
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the primary school
  • Collaborate with other school leaders to ensure the smooth operation of the school as a whole
  • Build strong partnerships with parents and other stakeholders in the education community
  • Ensure the school environment is safe, clean, and conducive to learning
  • Champion academic and character development programs that promote students' success

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 8 years' experience as a primary school principal or equivalent leadership position in an international primary school setting
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in an IB school
  • Master's degree or higher in Education or a related field
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese
  • A deep understanding of PYP curriculum and education technology
  • Experience in teacher development, recruitment, and retention
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
