Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage project budgets and cash flow forecasts

Prepare and submit tender documents

Conduct tender and evaluation processes

Manage contracts and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Coordinate with project directors and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery

Requirements:

Strong understanding of quantity surveying principles and practices

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., construction management, quantity surveying)

At least 5 years of experience in a similar role

Preferred Qualifications:

Professional membership with RICS, HKIS, or equivalent
