Our team is responsible for providing professional QS services, including contract preparation, cost estimation, and project management. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will work closely with project directors to deliver high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare contract documents and cost estimates
  • Manage project cash flow and budget
  • Conduct tendering and contract administration
  • Provide cost control and reporting
  • Assist project directors in managing and guiding junior staff

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of measurement and cost estimation, construction technology, and contract law
  • Understanding of professional conventions and contract management procedures
  • Ability to work independently on 2-3 large projects
  • Leadership skills and ability to supervise junior staff
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Education:

  • Recognized degree in construction, civil engineering, or related field
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience (6 years for diploma holders)
